The dynastic run of the Golden State Warriors continued in 2022 as the franchise captured its fourth NBA title in an eight-year span.Captivating as Golden State's run has been, the age of its stars looms large as Finals MVP Stephen Curry will turn 35 next season while both Draymond Green and Klay Thompson will celebrate their 33rd birthdays in 2023.Father Time remains undefeated, so surely this Warriors run is close to over, right? Not quite.Maybe it's because it seemed like longer than two years, but Golden State's hiatus from postseason action might prove to be exactly what was needed to keep the train rolling when Curry, Green and Thompson reach the latter stages of their respective careers. While the aforementioned trio was drafted by the Warriors over a decade ago, there is a new group that's been brought in over the last few years:Kevon Looney, 26Jordan Poole, 23James Wiseman, 21Moses Moody, 20Jonathan Kuminga, 19Patrick Baldwin Jr., 19In addition to the six players that the Warriors drafted, they also have enjoyed the evolution of 27-year-old Andrew Wiggins and look to get the most Mark Bavaro Jersey out of 25-year-old Donte DiVincenzo, who was added in free agency.If you're keeping track, that's eight players under the age of 30 that the Warriors look to rely on in the coming years, but it's not as simple as these players just being able to contribute off of the principle of being young. The 2022 NBA Summer League in Las Vegas is an opportunity to see it all in action.Wiseman and Kuminga, in particular, have scary potential as future stars in this league.Golden State's player development staff is no joke, evidenced by what it has done for the franchise's homegrown talent. Steve Kerr's ability to retain a sistant coach Kenny Atkinson, a known developer of young talent, is a large part of the team's run continuing much longer.While Poole was able to grow with stints in the G League and playing for a lottery-dwelling Warriors team, Kuminga, Moody and Wiseman each have a championship to their name and will get to develop by playing high-level basketball well into the postseason.The number of reps might be lower, but the stakes being higher in those moments means the development can hold the same amount of value. Baldwin is just a year removed from being a top-five recruit and while he was underwhelming during his lone season at Wisconsin-Milwaukee, he is in the perfect spot to work towards his elite potential without the pre sure that comes from being in a rebuilding situation.When you take a step back to look at the big picture, Golden State has a rotation's worth of players to build its future around, each of whom gets to learn from the examples of Curry, Green and Thompson on a daily basis.
